Excerpt:  “…Every day Anna asks us to consider 3 fundamental questions, “Where Am I?” “Who Am I With?” “What Am I Doing?” Sometimes she adds, “Who Am I?” These questions help us to be present and interact with each other with fewer walls and pretenses. They help us to relax. Anna further suggests that if you feel out of sorts go to these three questions and go to your breath and physical body. These two things are always with you.”
